Wills, Trusts & Life Insurance
Bequests are donations given through a living trust or will. You can designate the Blood Science Foundation as your beneficiary in a will or estate for a specific amount or designate the Foundation as your beneficiary in a life insurance policy. The Blood Science Foundation recommends consulting an attorney before drafting a will.
The Blood Science Foundation must be named as the owner and beneficiary of the insurance policy for it to be tax-deductible.

Gifts In Memoriam
Family and funeral homes can simply direct gifts to our online portal and specify that it is in memoriam and for who. You may also send a check but please let us know it is honoring.
A monthly, recurring donation is the recommended way to demonstrate your continuous support of the patients in critical need of blood. A ten dollar donation each month makes a profound impact in overcoming our critical blood challenges. Recurring donations can be accommodated on our fundraising platform.
